What is Tourismo Brick?
Tourismo Brick offers premium, buildable collectible cars inspired by iconic automotive design. Each kit includes hundreds of precision-molded bricks, creating a stunning, display-worthy piece.
Do your kits come pre-assembled?
No. All kits are delivered in parts for you to assemble yourself. That’s the fun of it! An illustrated instruction guide is included in every box.
Are your sets suitable for children?
Our kits are recommended for ages 14 and up due to small parts and intricate builds.
Do you offer digital instruction manuals?
Yes. Every box includes a QR code on the packaging, simply scan it with your smartphone or tablet to access the digital version of the instructions. If you have trouble scanning the QR code or can't locate it, contact us at contact@tourismobrick.com with your order number and we'll send it to you directly.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and fees may vary depending on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Shipping: 4 to 7 business days
Note: Remote areas or customs clearance may affect timing.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), we accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as Shopify Payments.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Opened products are accepted as long as the kit has not been assembled and no pieces are missing.
I entered the wrong address. Can I fix it?
Yes — contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.

Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees.
How do I start a return?
Email us at contact@tourismobrick.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll guide you through the process. Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. MT
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
