F1 Cars in Bricks: Seven Single-Seaters, How to Choose

F1 cars
in bricks:
how to choose
Seven single-seaters, seven liveries, every one printed on the brick rather than stuck on. A grid on a shelf costs less than a grandstand ticket. Here is what each model is and where to start.
A Formula 1 car is its livery. Papaya, Rosso Corsa, British Racing Green, the Black Arrow. On a curved nose that would be twenty separate stickers. Here it is ink on the brick.
Seven cars,
onecollection.
| Model | Pieces | Colors | Character |
|---|---|---|---|
| RB F1 Austrian Challenger | 346 | Modern racing specification | The car of the team that defined the last era. |
| MCL F1 Papaya Orange | 344 | Papaya orange | The livery everyone recognises from across the room. |
| SF F1 Scuderia Rosso Corsa | see product page | Rosso Corsa red and black | Red. It needs no introduction. |
| AMR F1 British Racing Green | 346 | British Racing Green | The most elegant livery on the current grid. |
| British F1 Racing Challenger | 346 | Classic racing specification | Blue and white, the old-school British look. |
| AMG F1 Black Arrow | 312 | Black with green accents | The Black Arrow silhouette. |
| R25 F1 Championship Edition | 287 | Blue and yellow | 2005. The one for people who remember. |
All seven: ABS bricks, printed liveries, no glue, a printed guide with a QR code for the digital version, 14 and up. The Ferrari SF F1 page does not state its piece count, so check it there before ordering.

A grid,
inminiature.
F1 models display differently from road cars. They are long, low and mostly wing, so a straight line of them reads as a queue. Stagger them instead: two rows offset by half a car, noses toward the viewer, one light coming from the front and slightly to the side so it catches the sidepod and the airbox. Three cars is enough to read as a grid; five fills a 60 cm shelf without crowding.

Quick
answers.
- Are these official team models?
- No. They are inspired by the cars and sold under their own names, with no team license.
- Are F1 models harder to build than road cars?
- Different, not harder. More small parts around the wings, fewer bodywork techniques. The R25, at 287 pieces, is the shortest build in the whole catalog.
- How big is a finished model?
- Around 14 to 18 cm long, like the rest of the range.
- Which one for someone who watches but does not follow a team?
- The MCL Papaya Orange. The color does the work.
