At Tourismo Brick, we are committed to providing high-quality buildable car sets and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms outlined below.

Returns:

You may return any unopened, unused, and undamaged item in its original sealed packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging. Opened or assembled products cannot be returned due to the risk of missing parts. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds:

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original unopened item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items:

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@tourismobrick.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

How to return an item:

To request a return, please email us at contact@tourismobrick.com. We will provide return instructions and authorization. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

EU customers:

In compliance with EU law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their item. Products must remain unopened and in original condition to qualify.
