At Tourismo Brick, we are committed to providing high-quality brick car building kits and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms outlined below.

1. General Return Conditions You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date, whether the product has been opened or remains sealed, provided that:

• The product is in its original condition (no missing pieces, no damage beyond normal inspection).
• All original packaging components are included (box, instruction QR code card, sticker pack).
• The return is authorized in advance by our customer service team.

We understand that customers need to open and inspect brick kits to verify their contents. Opened products may therefore be returned within the 30-day window as long as the kit has not been assembled and no pieces are missing. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge any restocking fees.

2. Refunds After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original order shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned, except in cases of proven manufacturing defect or our error:

• Fully assembled kits (all pieces attached and model completed).
• Products with missing pieces due to customer handling.
• Custom or limited-edition sets (unless defective).

Note on sale items: Items purchased on sale or clearance may be returned under the same conditions as full-price items, unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of purchase.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@tourismobrick.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund depending on the situation.

6. How to Return an Item To request a return, email us at contact@tourismobrick.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and an authorization number. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

7. European Union Customers In compliance with EU law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days of receiving their item, regardless of whether the product has been opened, provided it has not been fully assembled. This right of withdrawal applies independently of our standard 30-day return policy.
