Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy: You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, whether opened or sealed, as long as the kit has not been assembled and no pieces are missing.
No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
How to Start a Return: Email us at contact@tourismobrick.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
