Shipping Information
- Standard Delivery: 4 to 7 business days
Returns and Exchanges
- Return Policy: You may return unopened kits within 14 days of delivery
- No Restocking Fees: We don’t charge restocking fees for returns
- How to Start a Return: Contact us at contact@tourismobrick.com before sending anything back
- Exchanges: Accepted for the same item in case of damage or error, please email us
⚠️ Note: For puzzle kits, we only accept returns if the product is sealed, due to the risk of missing pieces.

- Order Modifications: Need to change something? Email us as soon as possible before your order is shipped
- Cancellations: You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it.
