At Tourismo Brick, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return and refund policy is here to help.

Returns

You may return any unopened and unused product within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original sealed packaging. Opened or assembled items cannot be returned, as we cannot guarantee the completeness of the building pieces. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not apply any restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different product, please return the original item in unopened condition for a refund and place a new order.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service at contact@tourismobrick.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the product issue.

How to return an item

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@tourismobrick.com to request return authorization and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

EU Customers

Customers residing in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period in accordance with applicable law. Returned products must remain sealed and in original condition.
